By submitting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Payments are to be made upfront via PayPal. Quote price is final when both parties have agreed. Full payment must be made within 48 hours of accepting quote price.

Prices are listed in GBP. All currencies (Except CryptoCurrencies) are accepted through PayPal.

If at any point during the contract the client wishes to cancel, a 50% refund will be issued, and the artwork will be delivered as is. If the contract is cancelled by us (the artist), we will issue a full refund.

Clients MUST be over the age of 18. We will not accept commissions from clients under the age of 18.

A legally binding contract is not formed until payment is agreed upon. We maintain the right to turn down clients at our discretion.

If you are not happy with your final product, we will work with you on revisions. The first two hours of revision work are free, but after this, a £5/hour fee is incurred.

Buying the Commercial Rights to images will include a fee, to be decided on enquiry. This may be purchased at any point in time after the product has been completed. Indie rates are welcome for discussion.
You must not attempt to sell, reproduce, or otherwise edit the final product without owning the Commercial License. Legal action may ensue if this is not followed.

Character Design Commissions grant you with the full Copyrights to the design/s produced. However, the Commercial License of any image/s themselves produced will maintain under the ownership of the artist (Roisi Law), unless purchased by the client.

We maintain the rights to upload the images to our social media - you may opt out of this, but must state so before the artwork is completed. Consent can be withdrawn in the future, but the images may have already been posted.

When submitting a quote, you agree that artwork must not be used as or in conjunction with NFTs or CryptoCurrency.
We do not accept payment via CryptoCurrency.

We maintain the right to update or edit the terms of service at any point; reflected by the date stamp at the bottom of this page. However, if the client has agreed previously upon a grandfathered set of terms on the current project, then only the previous terms apply.
